Experienced Pennsylvania Lawyer
I am a graduate of Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, where I served as a research assistant to tenured faculty and was named a Teaching Fellow as well as Who's Who Among Law Students. I am admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the Federal Middle District-Pennsylvania, and all Pennsylvania Couts.
Additionally, I have been honored by the Central Pennsylvania readers of Harrisburg Magazine by being named Reader’s Choice – Criminal Attorney for three consecutive years.
I am a member of the Pennsylvania and Dauphin County Bar Associations, as well as the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and have since been named to Who's Who in American Law 2005-2006, 2007-2008 and 2009-2010 editions.
I have extensive trial experience due to my background as an assistant district attorney. This allows me to view your case from a defense and prosecutorial standpoint. In addition, I am a former police officer who has a strong understanding of police procedures and practices. This can be a valuable asset when evaluating the strength of the prosecution’s case against you, or the extent of the police officer’s actions during the investigation or while making the arrest.
About Our Logo 
The logo is made of three parts: wings, sword and inscription on the sword. It was a concept brought to life by an extremely talented artist and very good friend, Alice Potteiger-Wilkes., who lives in the Harrisburg area.
The wings signify the swiftness needed to respond to legal concerns and address issues affecting your life. Face it, when you have a legal problem, you want something to happen a.s.a.p.
The sword signifies the retribution needed to right the wrongs clients often endure at the hands of others.
 On the sword, if you look closely, you can see an inscription. This is the ancient inscription of Saint Michael, the protector of Heaven and leader of the angels. He is the namesake of Attorney Sheldon who credits the blessings and guidance of Saint Michael - among others - for help to succeed, inspiration to endure and knowledge to prevail.
